coconut milk, soiya sauce (vegan).
– Base: ramen /rice noodles, flour, salt, eggs.
– Seafood: Prawns, squid, surimi (Japanese crab stick) and mussels.
– Shredded chicken breast / mushroom.
– Vegetarian options: Tofu, white mushroom and shitake mushroom.
In summer seasons, we also have asparagus and fresh yellow mushroom.
