INGREDIENT:
– Har-gow: juicy prawns encased in thin and translucent wrappers made of tapioca starch and wheat flour.
– Siu-mai: finely minced pork mixed with shrimp formed in cup-shape in yellow wheat papers, sometimes topped by crab roe.
– Wo Tip (dumpling): oval-shaped dumplings with variety of fillings such as leek, kimchi and pork.
